Welcome to this 150 m² duplex apartment, located on the 3rd and top floors of a brand new chalet, ideally positioned facing the ski lift, just a few steps from the centre of La Clusaz. Ski in/ski out in winter, hiking trails in summer, everything is within reach!
Able to accommodate up to 11 people, this exceptional apartment combines contemporary Savoyard décor, wood and minerals for a modern, warm and cosy atmosphere. Its 60 m² living area with fireplace and its 15 m² terrace with breathtaking views of the Aravis Massif make it an extraordinary property.

A few useful clarifications:
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), tea towels, bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 4 rolls of toilet paper/WC…) are included in the service as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed type travel cot and a high chair on request.
