In a residence of 33 apartments on the 4th and last floor with elevator, built in 1974 - Located 3 minutes walk (750 m) from the center of La Clusaz and the departures of the ESF lessons of Bossonnet. Access to the residence by an external staircase of 28 steps. Very beautiful view of the village, the mountains and the ski slopes. Quiet. Shuttles 150 m away.
KITCHEN CORNER equipped: sink, 2 electric hotplates, electric oven, fridge, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, units with all kitchen essentials,
BATHROOM: bathtub, sink, toilet.
LIVING ROOM: (PVC floor) 2 sofa beds for 2 people (140), television, bay window opening onto a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, dining area, bar area, wardrobe
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Services included:
- Free welcome kit (toilet paper roll, trash bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- 3 blankets + 2 duvets (sofa bed), pillows
- Collective central heating, water, electricity (except for long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)
- Collective parking at the residence (non-nominative spaces) or public municipal parking (weekly subscription)

Optional services not included:
- Pets allowed (limited to one), supplement €25 for stays of up to 10 nights, then €25 for each additional 10 nights (capped at €100) to be paid on site.
