Close to food shops and nightlife, daycare centers and activities for children, the summer/winter ice rink, 100 meters from the departures of downhill skiing (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard gondola). Large private courtyard. On the edge of a river.

KITCHEN: induction hob, electric oven/microwave combination, 100 L fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette/pierrade machine
BEDROOM: 10m2, 2 SINGLE BEDS (80), wardrobe, iron, television,
BATHROOM: 2.57 m2 (tiled floor) shower cubicle, hairdryer, sink, WC.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- Small pets allowed, maximum weight 5 kg (limited to one), supplement €25 for stays of up to 10 nights, then €25 for each additional 10 nights (capped at €100) to be paid on site.
