Walking distance to all amenities, shops, an ice rink in winter, and the departure points for the slopes and hikes. Views of the Aravis mountain range.
LIVING ROOM: 14.58 m2 (PVC flooring) 1 sofa (140), television, HIFI system, a bay window to the east, French window opening onto a small balcony.
Fully equipped KITCHEN: 3.40 m2, sink, 4-burner induction hob, oven, 120 L fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, raclette, fondue and stone grill, filter coffee maker, units with all kitchen essentials,
BEDROOM 1: 8.72 m2 (PVC floor) 1 DOUBLE BED (140), wardrobe, west-facing window.
BEDROOM 2: 7.87m2 (PVC floor) 2 SINGLE BUNK BEDS (90), wardrobe, French window opening onto a west-facing balcony,
