In a residence of 30 apartments on the raised ground floor with balcony, built in 1971, located 500 m from the center of La Clusaz (5 mins walk) and 800 m from the ski lift departures (Télémix, Bossonnet chairlift and the departures of the ESF lessons (Bossonnet). Very beautiful view of the village, the mountains and the ski slopes. Shuttles 50 m away.
