Apartment 1.5 km from the village center. It features one of our Savoyard chalets. It is located at Crêt du Merle, 200 meters from the ski slopes. The village is easily accessible by car or shuttle bus; there is a stop 400 meters from the chalet. This quiet location offers good exposure and a beautiful view.
LIVING ROOM of 16 m²: a double sofa bed (140), television, windows and French doors opening onto a 20 m² balcony. Terrace table and chairs in summer.
KITCHEN of 6 m² equipped: sink, 4-burner gas cooker + oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with 200L freezer unit, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue sets, units with all kitchen essentials,
BATHROOM of 3 m²: sink, towel dryer, shower, separate WC,
BEDROOM 1 of 15 m²: 2 SINGLE BEDS (90), wardrobe, window,
BEDROOM 2 of 9 m²: 2 SINGLE BEDS (80), wardrobe, window,
LAUNDRY ROOM: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Optional services not included:
- Pets allowed (limited to one), supplement €25 for stays of up to 10 nights, then €25 for each additional 10 nights (capped at €100) to be paid on site.

To order 10 days before your arrival:
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels to be collected from the agency or dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: order and collect from Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (€50 to €150), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
- Pass eXpérience La Clusaz: Alpes immobilier, gives you discounts on summer activities in the resort.
