Magnificent new chalet "Chez Lucyvon" of 160 m², ideal for family gatherings. It is arranged on three levels with exceptional views of the Aravis mountains.
Garden level:

The chalet has a garage and 9 parking spaces outside.
It is very well equipped for a family stay: ski room, wifi, raclette machine, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), washing machine, dryer, table football, mini table tennis table, many other outdoor and indoor games. furnished terrace with gas barbecue.

For a pleasant stay, the chalet is located in a quiet hamlet just a 5-minute drive from the family-friendly ski resort of La Croix Fry. The ski bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. La Clusaz and its 85 slopes are less than 15 minutes away by car. Access to the slopes is by car or ski bus.
In La Clusaz, life continues in the summer with the discovery of its lively mountain pastures between hiking and mountain biking: there are 9 downhill mountain bike trails, 20 cross-country trails and 1 enduro trail, 13 of which are suitable for families. There are marked trails suitable for all levels in: Saint Jean de Sixt, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod.
To refresh yourself, a heated outdoor swimming pool, in the heart of the Merdassier resort located 8 minutes by car, is open from 01/07 to 28/08.
To access the chalet, chains are mandatory in case of snow/ice.
Manigod, a family-friendly ski resort located in the Aravis mountains, 30 km from Annecy, is a beautiful and authentic village overlooking the Thônes Valley. Manigod, which includes the Croix Fry and Merdassier passes, is an ideal family ski resort for learning to ski - altitude 1500 m/1780 m. Ski-in ski-out access to the La Clusaz ski area. With 27 farms in operation, agriculture is omnipresent; we are in the land of farmhouse Reblochon cheese (AOC zone). In summer, it's time for hiking and nature discovery activities.
