Apartment in a 23-unit chalet, built in 1988, located in the upper part of the village of LA CLUSAZ, in the place called Les Granges. 260 meters from the Bossonnet ski slopes (ESF meeting point). 200 meters from the shops. Quiet location, with a beautiful view of the slopes and the ARAVIS mountain range. South-facing.

BATHROOM: 1.93 m2, bathtub and sink, separate WC, towel dryer,
