The apartment is located in a four-unit chalet, ideally located towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from the shops and 900m from the village center, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle slope. Departure and return on skis.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beauregard, Étale and Riffroids mountain ranges.
ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all rooms
Fully equipped KITCHEN: 4.5 m², sink, 4-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, raclette machine, units with all kitchen essentials (fondue machine available in common area).
LIVING ROOM: 18m², equipped with a single sofa bed, television, south/west-facing window. Terrace table and chairs, parasol in summer.
BEDROOM 1: 11 m², 1 double bed, wardrobe, iron, west-facing window.
BEDROOM 2: 15 m², 3 x 80 cm beds, wardrobe, west-facing window. Bathroom in the bedroom closed by a sliding door, equipped with a shower and a sink.
BATHROOM: 4 m², bathtub, sink, WC. Separate
For summer, washing machine in a common room (for stays of more than 13 nights) and garden furniture
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
